I hope perseverant is a word.

i dont know today but there was a time when employers had the door always open for jw
and could spot a jw a a distance... not even talking to the person and not neccesarily by the clothing

I'm not sure this is a personality trait, but the one thing I do credit the WTBTS for is the Theocratic Ministry School.
I have to do public speaking in my job, and believe it or not, all those talks paid off, getting me comfortable talking to an audience. But the quality of what I say has improved dramatically.
