I don't know if anyone already posted this or not....but the Unitarian Universalists have put together a rather detailed policy on keeping kids in their congregations safe from sex offenders, and on dealing with it in their congregations.
I am sure there are some parts of it that some may have issue with, but it seems reasonable on most points.
