It's written by a sociologist. I just borrowed it from the library. It's cool and clear. Quite a bit about second generation witnesses. Lot's about 1975 and the coping mechanism JW's employ to handle prophesy failure.
I recommend it very highly.

I own a copy of that book, it certainly is excellent. It was a great help when I first started wondering if there was something going on within the WTS. An excellent resource!
