When Kennedy died, it was hours before they released the info. Target
Palestinians have several factions -militant and political. Since Arafat did not name a successor and had earlier been reluctant to cede any powers, when his death is anounced, there is going to be a free for all. IMO, remaining Palestinean leaders are creating a strategy and his death will be officialy anounced some 24 h after transfer of powers. Gerry
