    Simon, I thought the same thing when I saw this.

    Hey, this wasn't your idea, was it?

    Elsewhere, I have a copy of the PDF. Just be patient, try again tomorrow. From what I gather of your technical expertise, you will be able to follow the instructions and clone the site in about 3-5 minutes! Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to make this an easily self-replication site.

    Hey guys I have both hard copy and Microsoft Word electronic copy - I could post a page at a time - fully referenced and credited of course - and do this over the next few months - now that would not be breaking the law as the publication is in the public domain

    It doesn't work like that I'm afraid. If it is in the public domain against the copyright owners wishes then it doesn't mean it's public property.

    Okay, I followed the instructions to the letter but when I double click on the batch file I get the following message;

    The file "PATYATATF.001" could not be found. It is needed
    to create "PATYATATF.pdf".
    "PATYATATF.pdf" was NOT created.

    Press any key to continue . . .

    One thing I noticed is that the missing file is available to download but when saved it's name chages from PATYATATF.001 to the batch file named simply PATYATATF

    Suggestions?

    Nic:

    Not sure what to say; it works for me. Remeber you can always RENAME (or should I say, re-rename) any file on your computer. Also, make sure that they all go to the same folder.
