  Only if the gay person is disfellowshipped.

  It's a Christian meeting at a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

  Jehovah is in charge. The elders, anointed, and Governing Body are being led by holy spirit from Jehovah, so they are basically the earthly leaders that Jehovah is using to run his organization.

  Actually only the anointed have the holy spirit. The elders can borrow it, but have to be sure to return it when they are done using it.

  In all fairness it also says if you stay over night in the house of a known hetrosexual of the opposite sex that is grounds for disfellowshiping too. I am not trying to show that JWs are "nicer" to homosexuals but just trying to contrast they are pretty dang mean to hetrosexuals too.
