    It's also interesting to note that one of the most common JW "arguments" against the trinity is "Did you know that the word 'trinity' does not even appear in the Bible?"

    Which is a perfectly inane argument, as this thread shows - JWs doctrine includes dozens if not hundreds of terms that "do not appear in the Bible".

    Yes the Tetragrammaton is found in the OT about 7000 times...but not the invention of a 13th century Catholic monk. Jehovah and consequently Jehovah's Witnesses is a misnomer.

    Early Christians were baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. They were baptized in the name of Jesus. They were in fact Jesus Witnesses. Acts 1:8.
