We have TONS of birds. We are inundated with hummingbirds right now as well as finches, cardinals, woodpeckers, robin red breasts, blue jays, snowbirds, etc.

Today at work we had ducks, squirrels and chickens.......... there is a lake at this huge RV park called Traveland in Irvine, CA. Its kinda funny to have 1,000's of RVs and having to shoo the chickens off the porch!

aaahhh... that reminds me of when I lived in northern, rural MN. I used to see deer outside my window in the back yard all the time! I sure miss that!

When I was a kid there were no deer in our area of NC. Now they are everywhere. They are getting to be a problem on the roads. My wife hit one a few years ago. I would hate to ride a motorcycle now. My grandson loves to hunt them. They are all around his home up near the Smith river.
I like to watch them run by as I go down my daughter's driveway.
