The nails in head picture reminds me of a story I read about 20 yrs ago.
A boy while playin in the barn and fell on a hay pitch fork. He landed head first on one of the forks tangs(?). It went into his eyes socket without punchering the eye thru the middle his brain and out the back of his head. His father drove him to the hospital with this pitchfork stuck in his head. The doctor just pulled it out and the boy was expected to recover fully with eye and brain in tact. Kind of reminds me of the lobotomies they use to do in the 50's with an ice pick thru the eyes socket to split the brain in half(Annie Farmer).

The guy with the nails fell off one story of a construction site onto a guy who was using a nail gun. The nail gun guy was exonerated of all charges. The victim is back on his feet but has suffered some lasting damage to his speech............It was a miracle he survived.
Cassi.........it could be a multi-level parking garage or storage lot for a car dealer. Here in the expensive real estate area of So. California, car dealers have mulit level lots to store all their cars rather than the one level parking lot that you usually see.

Thanks Sally! I did not even think of the car park, because I am so used to seeing the concret retainers. I hope no one was hurt.

No one was hurt in the car incident. Someone was parking the car in a multi-story parking garage (I think it was a valet person) and backed into the Beemer which sent it rolling back and out the window.... Oops!!
