This is not a site for interaction. To find out more about Jehovah's Witnesses, hear it from the horse's mouth.
Sites that claim to be run by Jehovah's Witnesses are often visited by dissenters of Jehovah's Witnesses, if not owned and operated by them. Such sites are a major source of misinformation about Jehovah's Witnesses. On those sites you are more likely to find misquotes and statements out of context meant to misrepresent Jehovah's Witnesses and even outright lies. In a discussion board on any site claiming to represent Jehovah's Witnesses, you will find such misinformation. It cannot be altogether stopped, due to the nature of the internet and "real-time" discussions.
It is recommended that you do not make yourself a member of this site, as it opens you up to unsolicited e-mail by dissenters who may visit this site.? The Manager

To find out the official views of Jehovah's Witnesses, go to their official websites at http://www.watchtower.org or go to: http://www.jw-media.org to get the latest news on Jehovah's Witnesses from the official website of the Public Affairs Office of Jehovah's Witnesses.

There are to be NO DISCUSSIONS on 'Ask Jehovah's Witnesses.'

NO DISCUSSIONS, eh? Sounds like an exciting page to visit. Why make a group with no purpose? I do not know. hmmm.

People confuse the hell out of me some days.

Oh yeah, there's a purpose. It's to increase the site-owner's number of hours on his/her monthly field service report!

Remember, only ASK QUESTIONS. The official Watchtower and Jehovah-approved answers will be given, and you must accept the "present truth" as reflected in the answers given.

And you'll have to like it!

I don't think you can even post questions... I think you have to e-mail the mod, and if they like you, they'll write you back?? I don't know. Not spending too much time worrying about it, but sheeeeeeesh.

If that is counting time... oy vey.

I would say that whether it is intended (which it probably isn't) it serves the wonderful purpose of declaring the good news of the kingdom how idiotic some JWs are

on this page they suggest ignoring the links of advertisers as "the links exploit and violate the scriptures"

I made a complaint to MSN via the contact form on this page just because I'm bored....

This site to me is for anyone with some kind of JW history or interest or non-interest. We just get together with our common bonds and talk about whatever pops into our little heads without the fear of being judged or ridiculed or ignored.

    Feel the love!

Rev - What exactly was your complaint?

  • RevMalk

haha, I told them I was offended that they allowed a user to claim that some of the very same beliefs that I share with their advertisers are "condemned by the scriptures", and asked that the page and user be removed immediately.

Or something like that - like I said, I'm bored :)

    Same thought... http://groups.msn.com/feedback.msnw

I don't think that MSN meant Groups to be used solely as a link to a religious website.

    If enough people complain...
