As I said at the beginning, Gumby's thread on showing love kind of triggered all those awful, unhappy years I spent trying to get this man to show me love............and, he didn't have any to spare in a spiritual way for me, either. He never did what he rightfully should have as a MAN OF GOD IN JEHOVAH'S EYES, yet, he was adored at the KH. Every once in a while, all that stuff comes back, and the ache begins............it happens much less than it used to, in fact, once we separated, most of the unhappiness went bye bye.
He was as LL and Seeit said a Society man to the inth degree. What has helped me to get thru those memories is the realization that we just were never meant to be anything but good friends. I also know that he never learned or realized that showing love is very important, and did not like physical touching...........I sometimes wonder how his new marriage is going.............
