When I was around Witnesses more, I heard a young man referred to as "weak" because he didn't keep up on the readings. Turns out the guy can barely read - he was doing the best he could and received criticism instead of support. Very sad. :(

It seems to me that when one is less interested in the organization, it is because they are more interested in the truth.
