BBC News: Contaminated blood scandal inquiry announced (Expect Some JW Propaganda Over This!!)

I find it very interesting that Britain is re-investigating a contaminated blood scandal at exactly the same time that the UK is looking for participants in clinical trials of blood made from stem cells.
This is opportunistic timing for the company that is manufacturing stem cell blood.

...why would she want to record it? Does she get satisfaction from hearing that thousands of people have died from contamination?
