The issue of unethical conversions to Christianity is snowballing in Sri Lanka, with the country's leading Buddhist organization demanding the government ban all nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) engaged in anti-Buddhist activities, and introduce an anti-conversion law by the month end.

Obviously the proselytizing work of groups like JW's would be considered "anti-Buddhist". It's a battle between the religions, and the government is making the rules.

So would an "anti-conversion" law be aimed at individuals seeking to convert to a group like JW's, or is it really an "anti-proselytization" law? The wording is ambiguous.
