Actually, we have Adobe Photoshop or Corel Photo-Paint
Well, you download the "blank" from the first thread.
Then I use microsoft Picture It! (1999, can you believe it?) and then manipulate the photo, using cutouts, and a nifty thing that lets me pick a certain color right out of the picture and paint with it. I'm sure more modern programs have even niftier things to manipulate photos. And then you can add text.
More than that, a basic sense of humor helps, too. So don't go looking to logan for ideas.
