Greek Bethel up for sale: video - 77 Kifisias Avenue, Marousi, Athens
From the Bethel tour brochure:In 1922, the first office to oversee the work of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Greece was opened on Lombardou Street in Athens. In 1946 the small Bethel family transferred to 16 Tenedou Street and just a few years later to 4 Kartali Street.
By 1978 a three-story building had been built to accommodate Bethel at 77 Kifisias Avenue, in Marousi, a northern suburb of Athens. Later, the printery needed to be expanded, so a piece of land was purchased in Eleona,70 kilometers to the north of Athens. There, a new branch office was dedicated to Jehovah in 1991. However, after the Italy branch began printing for the Greek field, it was possible to sell the Eleona property. Thus, in June 1998, our entire Bethel family returned to our Marousi facilities, which had been renovated.

It's all about money.
They're using Kingdom melodies to advertise branches they are selling because they have declining membership and diminishing funds?
Are they closing the branch in Greece completely?
I wonder how many branches will be left when they are done. Assuming there are still branches at all and the whole thing doesn't go under.
Man people are stupid, we sell the public lies and bullshit and they give us money .
Easiest game in the world,
Beware of smiling men wearing suits.
With the state of the Greek economy, they may make just about 43$ Euro on the sale price!
does the watchtower not have the resources to keep this building going ?
omg I hope you are right Gorby.
What kind of sales "video" is this? A still pic shown for 2 min. and 27 seconds with stale music?
not rebuilding another one, cheaper, w/free labor, and still coming up with sizable profit?
