It's ironic, if Einstein were alive today he would likely be rejected by his peers and kicked out of his field due to the #metoo movement, seeing as it's been documented that he would invite female guests over wearing nothing but a bath robe, and flash himself 'by accident'.

General relativity was initially rejected by his peers and scientists thought that photon theory, light being made up of small particles was ludicrous. Which is why people make me smile when then demand to see peer review acceptance for every new idea.
