  What exactly are they implying here? That someone with mental health problems might make up claims of rape? That they may have incited it by their dress etc? And what's this about delay in reporting? What on earth does that have to do with anything??!

  Ah well, from the Society's point of view, if the person delayed in reporting it, that may indicate that it wasnt actually rape.

  This really highlights their stupidity and ignorance...

  I remember hearing about a sister who was waiting at a bus stop on her way to work. She was dragged into the bushes by a complete stranger and raped and severely beaten. I heard her husband was at her side in the hospital, the elders showed up with no concern for her, just to ask him if he forgave her for her "adultery". Sickening!

  Of course again. The HAVE to pin the onus and blame on the 'mentally diseased' card. That's how they play-act and their get out of jail free card per se.
