Actually this is a good serious point -- if there was a major outbreak of an airborne disease -- I wonder if the government would actually ban door-to-door work in the interest of national security?

I know you could always count on getting sick after an assembly or convention. There are those who attend AT ALL COSTS even if they are sick and then they bring it to you to catch and be sick later with it. Used to really irritate me..
and by the token, if they think they need to get their hours going, they might go out even though not feeling well too..
so yes, it can be contageious for those they meet.. if they are coming down with something.

I'm with sns on this one......I remember going to assemblies and all kinds of sick people being there...god forbid, sick or not and you missed that.....no excuses they would say......as far as door to door, mom and dad were pretty good about that one....if I was sick, they would never make me go.....
