Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., of Stratford, Conn., has developed another small UAV, an unmanned helicopter system for the Marine Corps, called Dragon Warrior , designed for use in both urban and dispersed battlefield situations. The system features REGI's new 42 hp engine produced by Radian

Rand Cam Engine Corp and REGI, US Inc. were owned (50% and 45% respectively) by the Watchtower for about 16 years, until the fact was made known in this bulletin. As with the U.N. scandal, this indiscretion was "fixed" and denials were emited.

The article on the dragon warrior says the motors are electric and does not mention Radian or Rand Cam. The Radian site doesn't mention Rand cam anywhere that I could see. What did I miss?

I read someone's comment in another post awhile back that the WT had gotten rid of their shares. Is this true? I have missed announcements that may have been posted here, showing this to be actually so.

Can anyone direct me to that info source?

I read someone's comment in another post awhile back that the WT had gotten rid of their shares. Is this true? I have missed announcements that may have been posted here, showing this to be actually so.

Here's the explanation the WT gives about the shares they own.
They did not know they owned them. For how many years? 14 wasn't it?

I can't find the actual scan rightnow, but I have the "typed" version. It says the exact same. As soon as I find the scan I'll post it.

    Anyway here's their "explanation".

"After looking into the matter when it was first raised, we found that none of the legal corporations used by the Governing Body in caring for the Kingdom interests own stock in Rand Cam Corporation or any associate company involved in developing the diesel engine in question. The facts are that two brothers originally involved in inventing and developing the engine made a private agreement years ago (of which we were not notified) to send a portion of any profits realized from the venture to the Watchtower Society as a gift for its worldwide work. Subsequently, circumstances required that rights to ownership and developing the engine be transferred to a holding company not controlled by them. The Watchtower Society was erroneously listed as a stockholder in information published by the holding company, and this error has now been corrected. Hence, the charge is totally false. Moreover, the Watch Tower Society has received no contributions as a result of the original private agreement between the two brothers."
The article on the dragon warrior says the motors are electric and does not mention Radian or Rand Cam.
In November 13th 2002, REGI US anounced a "42 Horsepower Diesel Engine -- for unmanned vehicle applications for helicopters (The Dragon Warrior). The design phase of this project is complete and fabrication of the engine has commenced. Planning for the test facility and test plan is also underway."

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for that scan... I have read it before. However, there wasn't any mention in it of how or when those shares were gotten rid of. Is there any verification that they were, indeed, sold or (?)?

I have tried to get a response from Rand itself; no reply to my emails... Am I surprised?

The Cypher I used to be doghnut-shaped and had electric engines. Regarding the 42 HP engine production: Look at REGI's news release: http://www.regtech.com/
"REGI U.S. licensee - Radian MILPARTS is developing a 42 H.P. diesel engine for unmanned helicopter applications. The design phase and engine fabrication is complete and testing is to commence late this summer.[...] Visit Radian MILPARTS to see the RadMax Engine. " http://www.milparts.net/radmax /

Regarding the ownership of shares, yes, the Watchtower got rid of them a couple of months ago. But take a look at this:

The first full-scale prototype flight tests were scheduled beginning summer 2002 with mission demonstrations beginning in 2003 . http://www.globalsecurity.org/intell/systems/dragon-warrior.htm
This means that in addition to the Silver Fox (SWARM) engine production, Watchtower's REGI was involved in the development and testing of this military helicopter for at least one year BEFORE they got rid of their shares.

I am not into accounting, so I can't translate these following reports. But it is evident that they have done significant transactions recently, including insider trading:

I'm not a genius with accounting either, but I noticed this from the yahoo site:

That is hardly selling out. This is all that was sold in the last 6 months? I might be missing something, though.
