As to "pioneers" remember to keep the data for auxiliary and regular pioneers separate.
11,000 plus or minus refers to regular pioneers
19,000 plus or minus refers to auxiliary and regular pioneers combined.
It makes for understanding the numbers hard. When it comes to the international combined numbers I always have to factor out the pioneer hours (based on current monthly requirements) to see if the rank and file are dropping in their monthly hours.
