It has been haunting me though...I think it might be too expensive.
Ok, option 1: Rent this womderful house for lots of money or
option 2: Rent a smaller, but still ok apartment for less money and be able to buy new nice furnature each month while Mike and I are saving up for a down payment on a $100,000 modular.
Oy...my responsibleness is coming through...the choice is obvious of what should be done, right? *sigh* That house is so perty...but I guess one could be built for me next year similar to it...yeah yeah that sounds good. *sigh*

Personally Jess although it might mean no room for me I would suggest saving and buying. Owning a home is very important in my book.
