You can read a lot of great stuff on http://coffeegeek.com.

I roast my own beans because my husband's employer (before being activated!) had a second import business of coffee beans from El Salvador. So I get 'em dirt cheap, but they're green. Roasting them has been fun, though, and the flavor is great: freshly roasted coffee has is noticeably better than the Seattle's Best I used to get in the store.

I like to buy my green espresso beans from http://sweetmarias.com. They have a very famous blend, the "monkey blend", which I really like. The funny part is, I have an espresso machine that's like a toy; it cost $60 7 years ago. Even so, these beans are great. I think you can buy them roasted already at Sweet Marias if you want, btw.

Ciao for niao, and all that trendy talk,

    Beans,

    What a wonderful piece!

My cafetiere has recently been smashed, so good coffee is off the menu for the moment

My real passion is a Starbucks cafe` Latte with Vanilla. When in America, a 'Benny's' coffee....will do just nicely!

Enjoy Beans.....just make sure you get some sleep!

My espresso maker of choice is the Jura. It is made in Switzerland and they have many models at prices from $350 to $2500. A good investment for a espresso lover. Drinking one right now!!!
