We need to let eybrow2 know about this -- I don't think she reads the board as often as some of us addicts. I'll call her.
I got a buffet menu from Pueblo Arriba just now. A taco or quesadilla dinner buffet would be $12.00 per person; fajita dinner buffet would be $14.00 (of course, 8 1/2 % sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added). Fajita dinner includes: fajita beef, fajita chicken and grilled vegetables served with guacamole, sour cream, refried beans, corn tortillas and flour tortillas.
Kind of a plain Jane menu, but the manager said they would work with us if we wanted something different. Travis & Big Tex, do you guys want to meet for lunch there next week and scope it out, talk to the manager, and see if we like it? I can go Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Valis, hush your mouth. Tink is gonna love Cosmic Cafe, it's a great place. Those other places don't compare for taste.
Of course, maybe it's because food always taste better off of someone elses plate, lol.
