If he is really born again he will fear God and feel sorry for what he did, but the flesh is weak and will most likely sin but not as before. I guess it just depends on how much you put yourself in the hands of the Lord so he can change you. I've seen people dramatically change in my church after they have been born-again, while others of course, keep acting like they used to. The real christians, and the ones that say they are christians.
