Questions need to be answered
Can the cooking process start with cold water or hot, is lukewarm acceptable.
Why do people insist on defilying it by adding salt?
Where did it come from, some say it evolved from flour, some say eggs and others say water?
Most importantly, does it make you fat?
Good questions @Listener... I'm sure they will be debated for centuries and each answer will generate schisms and sects. Especially the fat issue - I foresee a great catholic/orthodox split over that one!
