S Lett is a holy pope of the WBT$ cult. The 'faithful(tm)' have no choice but to take him seriously or face their doom.
He is a member of the governing body that refuses to change it's policies that protect paedophiles so he is either mentally ill or just totally evil.

Sadly, the "crazed maniac" look is his default setting.
I sometimes wonder if he ever gets cramps in his face with all the wild eyebrow jiggling and mouth contortions.

The talks gets digitally programmed into its hard drive and they start it on que.

I think that he has a health issue which means that he has to over compensate in order to speak. I am no fan but we should not be rude toward those who suffer from health issues.... in my opinion.
