LoveUni and Dio - I am practicing - thanks! It usually ends up as 'fluffle'. But I am really wanting to have a go at Maha's recipe and see if I can work out how you would make a punky potato version of it.
Smiddy - I have never heard of Zuccini slice - when I looked it up it looks great. So I will try to make a Zuccini slice. I have got a lot of courgettes (zuccinis) at the moment so it is perfect timing to have a go.

Anna Marina -Good for you ,I like to add a bit of pepper with salt ,but i suppose you could even go with a bit of curry during the winter season . I must make a note of that the next time i do one.
