Like / Dislike Display Issue

Just a heads up, since the last update the like / dislike votes sometimes don't display immediately due to caching. They are all definitely counted though and will appear eventually, the issue is purely with the display part. I'll look at fixing the cache so it's more immediate.

The post I made just seconds ago displays "in an hour" in the upper right corner of the message box. It's wacky.

The issue is not the cache. The problem is the electoral college is skewing the votes.

No Russian hackers required, I can break things with my OWN code!
It's just a caching issue, the topic pages are now rendered with a different service which complicated the cache invalidation parts ... I got the posting / editing, forgot the votes changed the pages too.
