Ha ha, I might try it next time, just saw a cart at daytona beach pier recently. Just go up ask if it is free and say thank you and start taking as much as my beach bag will hold. If they ask what I plan to do with the free material, I will tell them my fireplace is very dim from old firewood and needs some bright "new" light to cheer up the room.
