I heard somewhere that aluminum cans used for soft drinks and beer contributed to dementia so I use the glass beer bottles now. My mind is going in that direction lately, I can't remember names of people and things quite often. My parents were aluminum free back in my youth from the WT advice. I'll try anything to keep my mind working right.

SFT, I am not sure at all why we bother with fluoride in water or in tooth paste etc. Its damn dangerous!
