smiddy3 - I am going to look into what our federal Labor colleagues could do with trying to make it compulsory for all organisations, inc the Witnesses, to join the national redress scheme, if they win the election in May.
Individually you can go to your local Labor MP/Senator for your state and raise this issue.
I'm sure there are groups that act on behalf of victims of many of the organisations involved who would be more than happy to take this up, if they aren't already.
Give me a few days and I'll see what I can find out.
