  The rioters target mostly their own neighborhoods and government buildings. When they think of moving to the outskirts there is a presence of a few armed neighbors visible which discourages them. Korean businesses back when had riflemen on their roofs. No looting or burning, and few if any shot.

  If you come to most of the USA you will never know how many legal guns are present in a crowd as they are concealed. Go to a dodgy neighborhood and you can be assured there are armed thugs. I do have more guns than hands, usually locked away.

  Unfortunately, we do not. If the term coined years ago (by a police chief of a liberal Democrat run city) was followed, it would stop the rioting and looting.

  Nearly all of America's gun problems are caused by democrat policies and happen in the cities they control and run. Their policies are nearly always to let of violent and dangerous criminals and to encourage it. They claim prison reform is needed - it is, to stop so many dangerous felons being allowed to walk the streets to re-offend without consequences.

  When you see what is happening now in Australia with detention camps is every reason there is never to give up your arms.

  I'd rather live next door to a conservative American that owns firearms than most other groups. Conservatives are way more law-abiding, which is why the rioters aren't being shot as often as they should be.

  Also, stop pretending that the UK is a bed of roses, there is rampant knife crime in some areas.

  Those are great questions, and unfortunately the untrustworthy Media in the USA loves to lie to the public about the horrors of gun ownership, and they like to paint Americans as rabid gun-toting lunatics just waiting to shoot someone..anyone…

  Nothing could be further from the truth when the facts are considered and Politics are ignored. Most LEGAL gun owners are highly trained and responsible and have only used their guns to save their own lives and the lives of others.

  Sorry Simon, but that is a ridiculous statement to make and a complete misunderstanding of the situation here in Australia.

  People ,whether they are black or white are required to isolate themselves away from the rest of the community if they are infected to protect the wider community and stop spreading the disease.

  By far the majority abide by and respect that requirement and have no problem complying ,however there is always some idiot who doesn`t care if they are a threat to the health and well being of their fellow man ,and don`t care if they spread the virus.

  The UK is not paradise. We have been enjoying 'cultural enrichment' and much illegal immigration.

  Most places are getting quite 'stabby' now...unless you're in the rich or middle class areas where our politicians live. That's why they don't care. They would if their areas got 'enriched' and stabby.

  What you are describing is every vaccinated, vaccine-passport-carrying person. Because if you haven't been paying attention, those are the biggest spreaders.

  So your argument is nonsense. It's not about health, it's about control and authoritarianism.

  The situation simply allows people's inherent behavior to manifest itself clearly.
