You’re oh so thrillin’ when you’re
    bashin’ in a villain
In a tight black leather catsuit, yes indeed!

    Head held high
    You won’t dawdle
But accelerate the throttle as you

toss a wink to handsome partner Steed

    EMMA PEAL
    You crave adventure in your
    role as an Avenger
Cool and pretty with such witty repartee’
Deserving of a kudo with the
    lithe and limber judo
You’re the boss with every tosser comes your way

    EMMA PEAL
    May break the rules
    but she’ll never suffer fools
(though she’ll make the fools soon suffer for their crime!)
    Nemesis to haughty ones,
    a darling to her audience
The champion trendsetter of her time

    EMMA PEAL
    We’d love to kiss you
every fan is gonna miss you
(I am reaching for the tissue) as I cry
As a true and loyal fan I
    Really know (you are Diana)
It’s the ending of an era bye and bye

    Beautiful Diana
    fond adieu …
    Rest in Peace my angel

    Love, Terry

TV back in the 60's was so much fun and entertaining .

TV used it be a media for entertaining the public young and old, now days its mostly cheep hype made for teenagers or boring cops and criminals shit .

Now this is a woman who could easily grab your attention.

I think I would commit a crime just to get arrested by her.

That Avengers series was great, I guess all of us old-timers remember that. She had a lot of class.

    Wow. That’s fantastic Terry.

It was a sort of Rap....the way it was structured and best said aloud. I mean YOU threw away the rules, too. Sorta. Shit. I’m very impressed sir. I think her family would surely appreciate reading that.

Thank you kindly! I grew up listening to (and loving) such things as "I am the very model of a modern Major General" from Gilbert & Sullivan, Anthony Newley & Leslie Bricusse - clever internal rhyme schemes simply fascinated me.
I memorized TROUBLE from the Music Man. Poetry and songwriting should (IMHO) contain entertaining rhyme schemes and jaunty rhythm. But heck- that's just me.

Bricusse gave us Doctor Doolittle's Academy Award winning song:
    "
If I could talk to the animals, just imagine it

Chatting to a chimp in Chimpanzee
Imagine talking to a tiger, chatting to a cheetah
What a neat achievement that would be!"
