British (or Britain as they say for some reason) branch cash rich, vast funds sent over to Germany without any recourse to Congs or publishers Property prices for the office/industrial buildings might not be at an all time high and Brexit uncertainty likely to affect South East property prices. Have they sold residential properties on The Ridgeway yet, Private housing there a goldmine if they still hold it
