Fornication Defined
This is an ex-JW religion. Very interesting viewpoint on what Fornication entailed in the Bible. Any comments on the reasons for the claim?

Safe sex with a condom cannot be fornication or adultery so long as the condom is effective and prevents an emission of semen into the woman.
True fornication with a non baptised woman, who has not been set free has no penalty but he must admit it to the elders. If he is found out then he gets an accusation, unless he then marries her.
True fornication with a sister, who has been set free, requires an offer to marry the sister. If she refuses (her father God accepts), then he gets an accusation. If she accepts, then he gets the sister as a wife.
Sisters have no penalty from the congregation whatsoever for true fornication. They get physical penalties!
True adultery within the congregation or between a baptised and a non baptised person is disfellowshipping for both parties, or for whichever party is in the congregation.
If whilst using a condom the thing breaks or falls off and an emission of semen occurs, by which is meant an ejaculation, not merely a bit of leaking before such, in the case of an unmarried woman, then we have accidental fornication, or negligent fornication. Here we invoke the pregnancy test of Numbers 5. If a pregnancy occurs then the brother has fornicated and is treated as such. If no pregnancy occurs then he is treated as though he has not fornicated.
If a condom falls off or breaks with a married woman, then if the woman does not fall pregnant, the incident is closed. If she does fall pregnant, her belly swelling and her thigh falling away, i.e. she does not miscarry very early, then we have accidental or negligent adultery. This case must be like the law for a parapet on the flat roof of your house. It was not a sin under law to have no parapet around your roof. But if someone sleeping on your rooftop fell off and died, and your house had no parapet, then you were responsible and were bloodguilty, having to flee to a city of refuge. So both parties are disfellowshipped if in the congregation. Presumably if the married party has agreed with their spouse to get divorced, then just as one treats an engaged woman as a married woman one could treat a divorcing woman as an unmarried woman??
