Once guilt is established, three elders hold a judicial committee with the sinner to decide if they are repentant. If they are, the person may remain in the congregation but have certain privileges revoked. If unrepentant they are likely to be 'disfellowshipped' or excommunicated and shunned."
The JWborg makes this claim, but its policies are not drawn from the Bible. The Bible says shepherds should protect the sheep, even if there aren't any other "witnesses" to a wolf. You don't wait for witnesses to a wolf attack in order to rescue or comfort a bleeding sheep.
The facts show that time and again it is the victims in organization who are shunned and disfellowshipped and not the abusers.
The "church elders" among Jehovah's Witnesses follow the policies of some imperfect men at headquarters who are running a business organization without paying taxes.

Of course they are seeking exemption. They are guilty and they don't want to be found out.

The Nile River was the cause of death to many Israelite babies back in the days of the Pharoah. Jehovah had the Nile River plagued and turned to blood because of the bloodguilt of the Egyptian Pharoah and his cronies. Their false river god was powerless to stop that plague.
The religious institutions are bloodguilty. Jehovah's Witnesses are included in that bloodguilt. The plagues of Revelation are symbolic and include the judgment upon JWborg. The bloodguilt of the WTBT$ will be completely exposed. The GB/FDS idols are powerless to stop this plague.
Jehovah is the True God, and He will clear His name of reproach and take vengeance for all the little hurt sheep.
