obviously the society worships itself. If you lurkers don't believe that then pay attention at the conventions when the speaker talks about how everyone knows how great the "Jehovah's Witnesses" ***overblown drawn out british accent*** are, notice the tone in his voice. I keep hearing how great the "faithful and discreet slave" is. When I first started going to their meetings I assumed this phrase was somehow referring to Jesus, but I've since learned they're talking about the governing body, and therefore the organization itself!!
