"This means that there are no more domestic routes of appeal open to Watch Tower."

"No more domestic routes..." of course the Watch Tower can always appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, which means they will have to produce a JW who claims his human rights have been violated by a child abuse investigation. They could choose one of those convicted pedophile elders.

But wait, the Brexit ends the UK's right to complain. Lucky elders. See ... the JWs holy spirit really protects those of its kind.

Maybe Jehovah is timing things just right. It would be a shame if they lost their charitable status just before they sold Mill Hill. I am sure they are motivated to sell up quick.

I see some good opportunities for real estate investors. The Watchtower may be very motivated to sell pronto!

Fist pump to the Charity commission, excellent. Glad the Supreme court has told them nooooooooo, kinda new they would as I doubted they could come up with a legitimate argument as to why the previous courts had mis- applied the legislation.

Wonder if they will attempt the ECHR?

Edit: we are still members and will be until the pm hits article 50 which they won't do for a couple more years.
