Yes the xjwsforchrist.com forum is still around and moderated by Outlaw. It is run by Tammy and Shelby. There is not too much activity or posting going on there anymore though. I am a member and used to be active there but it really has never had that many posters there.
Lately the main posters including Shelby have gone over to Quora and are active there.
The Free Bible Students were a group that did their own thing even while Russell was still in charge, they came into being for the most part around 1907 with the "New Covenant Schism".
