Comments at the hall

    Consequently, being the mature person I am, I stopped giving them.

    I remember people giving stupid, nothing to do with the subject answers. Or they would answer both the A and B parts together or just re-read the whole darn paragraph. Drove me nuts. Or better yet, they would give the wrong answer. And half the time the study conductor wouldn't catch it. There was one sharp elder in one hall I attended that caught every mistake uttered during the study. He would comment on the next paragraph to correct what was said on the last paragraph. So we spent half the study backtracking.

    At one hall the WT conductor always came in late for the talk, slept through what was left of the talk, snoring. Half the time he forgot his magazine and had to borrow one from somebody. I remember him asking me a few times if I had an extra copy. Sometimes I did, but I wanted to see him squirm so I always told him I didn't. I slept through all the studies he conducted. I figured if he could sleep through the talk, I could sleep through his boring study.
