How many months consecutively does a jw have to miss turning in time to be inactive?

I thought there were two distinct stats. pertaining to a JWS, one being totally inactive such as not attending meetings and the other regarding publishers not clocking hours ???

The term inactive publisher is a categorically organizational clerical description for someone who has not turned in a service report slip for six or more months. Someone who doesn't attend meetings but is on the books as turning in time, whether regularly or not, is a weak or irregular publisher to the WT respectively.

I've always understood that if a publisher does not submit a monthly report for 6 consecutive months, then they are automatically referred to as "inactive."

Yes, irregular after one month, inactive after six.
