Paid Holidays: should they or shouldnt they?

It is owned by a JW family and they only hire JW's to work for them. I was told the owners do this so they don't have to give them paid holidays.

Isn't this a violation of the law--discrimination on the basis of religion?
I just e-mailed them asking that question. Looking forward to their response.

Kingpawn, I was thinking the same thing! Let me know if they get back to you and what their response is.
It would be interesting to have an apostate in the area apply for a job and see what the reaction would be.
