Here's where things get really dicey! If there is no infallible translation, then how is an Xian to know which is best, or who has the correct doctrinal viewpoint?
"That's easy!", replies the Dub, "The FDS is the channel of truth!"
The WTBTS has stated that the RNWT is the best translation because never before have all of Christ's brothers, the Governing Body/FDS been involved in such an endeavor. Just imagine! The most spiritually mature and insightful collective in all of human history, the FDS, decided to "revise" the NWT, which must have been the second best translation of all time!
Here is the problem. The RNWT is based on the NWT which was based on earlier translations and so forth, ad infinitum. What can be done? Enter the Gaurdians of Doctrine! They will weed out the false from the truth as the FDS/Channel of God! Surely a Dub can rest easy, knowing the G.O.D is manning the helm.
Not so fast! According to the sworn testimony of Geoffrey Jackson, the GB may not be "THE FDS!" Jeehobo can use anyone to provide spiritual food as an FDS, hence the WTBTS's reliance upon "false religious" biblical commentary for nu-light! Uh-Ohh!!!
If there is no one channel of truth, then there is ZERO evidence to trust the GB's opinions and speculations; especially when they are so often incorrect! What a faith-shattering prospect for millions of Dubs in the Borg collective! Does Jackson even realize what he has done while trying to cover his own ass?
I'm convinced that the new style of emotionally manipulative propaganda is all the WTBTS has left. It's their last weapon to try and turn the tide of the Information Age, and the flood of their own hypocrisy which is being revealed over time. Their one hope is to use the BITE model to control their followers and they are slowly losing despite their efforts.
