Tony Blair is George Bush's little poodle.

This guy is going against what every Englishman really wants by standing side by side with you yanks on everything Bush decideds to do . As terrible as 9/11 really was , if It was London that Dusty Bin Laden would have hit , there Is no way that Bush would be side by side with Blair in a 'war on terrorism' .

The real English dont want to be drawn into whatever America is doing - they want ENGLAND to be sorted out by the man that messed it all up - Blair . Instead of chasing after Saddam or Bin Laden , he should sort out the IRA - THEY are the real terrorists. These guys have hit us hard for years , killing innocent people but what does Blair do ?!? He lets them all out of prison under the ' good friday agreement'. Then he has got the nerve to turn round and say to so called terrorists that havent even attacked US yet that he Is coming after them... the guy is an absolute fool.

He has turned our country from a proud nation into a feeble little Island that people laugh at.

    Oh ................... HI FOLKS !!! ! ! ! ! !! ! ! !

Hi Iron Eagle, Yes he is like his poodle. England always was a great ally for the US. Are you worrying that a war with Iraq could get out of hand? Everybody wants peace, but sometimes war is the only ressort. Does Saddam want peace? Let him dissarm! The U.S. is a leader and has to take hard decisions that affect other nations also. It must be close to midnight right now in England.

    Cheers!

It isn't Blair that turned England into a feeble little island, it's your liberal, labor-oriented politics that did that a long time ago. Blair is smart enough to know that bin Laden is smart enough to know that it was the Brits, after all, that drew all the lines, creating all the "countries" in the middle east at the end of the Ottoman Empire - including Isreal. He isn't likely to be happy with England about that you know. In the meantime, Blair is smart enough to know that when bin Laden is done with the U.S., he will move on to England and the rest of the civilized world.

IMHO, you folk would be better off getting a little less liberal and a whole lot more conservative over there.

This is not a stance supporting Bush's credibilty as a leader, but still, I think our country is very interested in supporting Britain, after all, we did in WW II. LIkewise, we couldn't of succeeded without your country's support.

All you Brits need to do is get rid of that horrible $3.00/gallon gas tax, buy the biggest baddest HumV that you can find, and go thrash the country side.

    Iron Eagle, Welcome!

As a loyal yank, I couldn't believe that the insane leadership you have for the moment are dumb enough to get caught up in this. Imagine the small-mindedness of a country's leadership actually standing by its allies. Imagine the self-centeredness of us Americans thinking that they could count on the Brits just because they had been doing so thru thick and thin all the prior century.

You got a real good point there chief.

Iron Eagle, you do raise a good point when you bring up the IRA. And I'll do my best to refute it.

Why do you think we don't have an IRA here in the U.S.? Because when someone over here aspires to be a terrorist and blow something up they get whacked.

But you do bring up an interesting thought. The U.K. is a very strong ally of America and we owe you big time for your support. If the U.S. is going to engage in any anti-terrorism action then the IRA needs to be at the top of the list.

But we've got bigger fish to fry right now. The Islamic fundies are a major threat to us. They are also a major threat to you, even though you don't see it that way. Maybe a Concorde flying into Buckingham Palace would change that and that may be what it comes to if you don't support "our" war on terror. Before 9/11 most of us Americans would have called that day's events the stuff of Tom Clancy fiction and would have said that it would never happen here. You know better than we do that a bomb can go off anywhere so for you to believe that Bin Laden and other Muslim terrorists aren't a threat to you is foolishness.

    Mike.
