Got my digicam back today - going through old photos today and realised I'd never posted the pics from our cruise to New Caledonia last year! Here they are:

Out, if you ever get a chance to come to Sydney, make sure you try to work a cruise on the Pacific Sky into the package - it's a great ship, even if not one of the new wonder cruise ships that are coming out, and the destinations in New Caledonia, Vanuatu and Fiji are absolutely gorgeous!
Jes, cruising has been one of the best experiences I (and my family) have ever had! I've posted to your thread, FWIW.
Wonderful pics, Stephanus. One day, I hope to return to Sydney again. I just can't tell you how much I enjoyed my week there. My week there is and will always be one of my fondest memories.

It was funny being in Noumea - being a French colony, everyone drove on the right-hand side of the road - very disconcerting!
If you ever make it back to this neck of the woods, Lew, be sure to let us know!

Hey great pictures. If you don't mind me sounding like the ignorant Ameican, where is New Caledonia? Your pictures make it look fantastic. By the way, what is the difference between a channel and a passage? Or an inlet and a fjord? Or Ying and Yang?
