I think the rate will accelerate - as more leave it makes it easier for other to leave (fiends and relatives already out etc...). Also, it is demoralising for those that are left.

Believe me, if they converted Rolf Harris, the attrition rate would accelerate!
He's not exactly a favourite aussie; in fact, most wouldn't even know he was one! Rolf is viewed as a pom!!! Well, he's been on your TV shows for decades. Never here. Oh well...it must be the time of the end
