The Dawn Bible Students Association has a problem. Ken Fernets, when on the phone, shows his true colors to women who call. He engages in flirtatious speech. He flirts and invites them out for coffee though he is a married man. If he is still alive he should be removed from his position.

He invites these women out for coffee.......in the daylight? At Starbucks, Panera, or possibly.......(Gasp!) - Tim Horton's??? The NERVE of this barbarian!! Doesn't he know that women are to be seen and not heard? That their place is barefoot, in the kitchen, pregnant, and fetching the man his cold beer and chicken pot pie?
If Splane or Jackson were in the habit of answering the phone and flirting with women who called the Watchtower that would not be considered a small thing here.

The Bible Students have quite a few different offshoots depending on when they separated from the WT.

In my estimation from having attended a few of their conventions is that the Berean Bible Students and those of the New Covenant Bible Student offshoot seem the most un-cultish.
You can tell the difference plainly between two congregations in Chigago,
the Russell following Chicago Bible Students http://chicagobible.org/

The bottom line of this seemingly picayune thread is that Fernets cannot be trusted by Bethelites who believe it possible to solder the Bible Students and JWs. It may be possible but first a house cleaning must occur.
Fernets is a false brother.
The Watchtower is known as being Dry.
The Bible Students are known as Heinz (57 varieties).
There are brothers in the Watchtower and among the Bible Students who would hope to keep the best of both- Soldering them together.
They should know who can be trusted.
