In a press conference early this morning, James A Traficants (D - OH) toupee announced that it will relinquish its position (effective immediately) due to the impending incarceration of the aforementioned Traficant.
The toupee further stated that it has enjoyed a lofty association with Traficant for many years but that legal authorities have forced the departure. Rumors of an appeal abound, but informed sources are convinced that the toupee doesnt have a pate to stand on.
