There's something that MAKES you just want to TRY to wrap your mind around these guys, but - like a mother who has no affection for her own child, like a husband who beats and brutalizes his wife, their inhuman qualities just blow your mind.
The company is not that hard to understand.
Think of the mafia, they started off in Sicily many years ago as a resistance organisation. In America esp. during prohibition they became a criminal organisation. Now they own a lot of legitamate business all bought with money from crime.
Think of the WT, they started off many years ago as a religious organisation. Under Rutherford/Knorr they became a World-Wide publishing company. Now they own a lot of secular business all bought with money from selling books etc.
When the religious part finaly folds they are in a great position to step straight into the World Economy.

The WT is Incorporated under Pensylvania Business Law.
The GB are the Company Directors.
And the most damning proof of all:-
WHY ARE THEY COLLECTING COMPANY INTERESTS AND MONEY IF THE END IS SO CLOSE.
